This has led to improvements in customer experience and document management.

On 1 July, we began servicing the 34,000 new customers and successfully completed this process in a record time.

Suppliers and Supply chain

At Sanitas, we require all of our suppliers and other partners in the supply chain to align with our transparency policies and our commitment to promoting human and labour rights. This commitment is at the core of our supplier selection and evaluation process, and it ensures alignment with our standards and requirements. In addition, our employees play a key role in mitigating the environmental impact of our operations.
