  • We rigorously monitor and control our suppliers to ensure compliance with the highest standards in fraud prevention, financial solvency, business assessment, compliance, reporting requirements and ethics certifications.
  • We hold regular meetings with key non-care supplier partners to ensure that purchasing strategies are aligned with the Net Zero 2040 target.
  • Our priority standards include quality management certifications (ISO 9001), environmental management (ISO 14001), information security management (ISO 27000) and quality in medical devices (ISO 13485).
  • The majority of our suppliers are based in Spain (96%), and account for almost the total volume of transactions (97%). We do not engage with suppliers from countries that do not comply with international human rights conventions.
  • All supplier activity is centrally recorded and managed within our Supplier Portal system.
