Bupa Campus is a new environment designed to foster learning, professional development and career growth across our teams. This flexible, multi-purpose space adapts to different learning experiences and features state-of-the-art technology that supports face-to-face, virtual and hybrid formats, in line with a more flexible, connected and dynamic approach to learning.


Bupa Essentials
This programme gives Sanitas leaders a deeper understanding of the key drivers shaping the business. Through collaboration with members of the senior leadership team, it promotes a broader business perspective, strengthens strategic knowledge and helps align leadership with the Group’s priorities.


Bupa Advance
Designed for the senior leadership team, this programme strengthens leadership capabilities through a combination of specialist learning, international collaboration and business insight. It combines training delivered by external experts, collaboration with professionals from different countries and the completion of a business challenge linked to the company’s strategy.


ELA Leadership Programme
This programme strengthens the leadership capabilities of executives from the different markets in which Sanitas operates, including Latin America, Poland, Turkey and Spain. Through this initiative, participants deepen the competencies that define the Caring Leaders leadership model, promoting a leadership style that is more people-centred, purposeful and aligned with caring for others.


Impacta
Now in its sixth edition, Impacta is designed to strengthen leadership across the different areas of the business. Delivered over several months in a face-to-face format, the programme provides participants with practical tools, resources and approaches that strengthen their leadership capabilities and support stronger, closer and more culturally aligned team management.


Take the Lead
Now in its second edition, Take the Lead is designed to promote female leadership and continue increasing the representation of women in leadership positions. In 2025, employment indicators reflected positive progress and reinforced Sanitas’ position as an organisation committed to professional development and the creation of opportunities.


This commitment is reflected in an active diversity and inclusion strategy. The company has a dedicated plan that is shared with senior management and is monitored regularly throughout the year. In 2025, this framework focused on training and awareness initiatives aimed at different groups. Under the slogan “Be Yourself at Sanitas”, the company continues to build a more open, respectful and inclusive culture.


Sanitas promotes the recruitment of people with disabilities in line with the principles of the Spain’s General Disability Law. The company advances this commitment through direct recruitment and partnerships with organisations specialising in labour market inclusion, while also ensuring the accessibility of its facilities and working environments. In 2025, direct employment together with recruitment through sheltered employment centres represented 3.14% of the workforce, exceeding the statutory requirement. Overall, Sanitas purchased more than €4 million in goods and services from special employment centres.

This commitment is reflected in a solid and protective labour relations framework, in which 91% of the workforce has permanent contracts and all employees benefit from conditions supported by collective agreements, providing security, certainty and a foundation of trust for professional development.
Sanitas also maintains an ongoing relationship with employee representatives and trade unions, with the aim of strengthening a solid, attractive and trust-based working environment. At Sanitas, 100% of employees are covered by collective agreements, a foundation that reinforces consistent and fair working conditions across the organisation.


Sanitas’ Equality Plan
At Sanitas, equality forms part of the values framework that guides the company’s internal culture and its relationship with its professionals. Its ambition is to provide everyone with an environment in which they can develop their career on the basis of fairness, recognition and respect, within a culture that nurtures talent and supports progress under fair conditions.
Women represent 80.3% of the workforce. From this perspective, the Equality Plan acts as a key tool for consolidating the progress achieved and extending this commitment across the organisation. It is a free and accessible programme available to all employees, combining face-to-face and virtual formats, together with a range of benefits that support each of these pillars. Its positive impact also extends to employees’ families and wider communities.

Sustainable Mobility

The company promotes more sustainable and accessible mobility options, in line with its environmental commitment and its aim of improving employees’ quality of life. Remote working, corporate shuttle buses, and options such as bicycle and electric scooter hire make everyday commuting easier, reduce environmental impact and improve access to workplaces.

People Pulse

Active listening and continuous improvement complete this approach to wellbeing. Through People Pulse, the employee engagement survey conducted twice a year, Sanitas evaluates employee experience and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement. In the November 2025 survey, the participation rate reached 74%, with an eSat score of 86 and more than 12,600 comments received, reflecting the workforce’s high level of engagement.

In 2025, Sanitas renewed its Top Wellbeing Company and Top Wellbeing Plan certifications awarded by Intrama and also obtained the European Healthy Company Award (EHCA), granted by ACES and DCH, recognising its commitment to sport and health.

Clinical volunteering hours through Fundación Sanitas, in collaboration with leading NGOs and institutions such as the Spanish Commission for Refugee Aid (CEAR) and the Spanish Red Cross, are another important part of this commitment.

Sanitas runs an ongoing microdonations programme that enables employees to support high-impact social initiatives throughout the year in a flexible, simple and continuous way.
