Sanitas La Zarzuela University Hospital and Sanitas La Moraleja University Hospital maintain a collaboration agreement with the Madrid Provincial Board of the AECC and its volunteer network to provide support and companionship to people living with cancer.

Diabetes Madrid Association
With the support of the Diabetes Madrid Association, Sanitas La Zarzuela University Hospital, Sanitas La Moraleja University Hospital and Sanitas Virgen del Mar Hospital run a diagnostic support programme that strengthens their endocrinology services. This collaboration also promotes projects aimed at improving the prevention, treatment and comprehensive management of diabetes.
Autism Spain Confederation
Sanitas works with the Autism Spain Confederation to improve the care provided to people with autism and their families at its hospitals and medical centres. Through this partnership, Sanitas strengthens the training and specialist expertise of its professionals while advancing the adoption of practices that contribute to more accessible, inclusive and tailored care for this group.
Madrid Multiple Sclerosis Foundation (FEMM)
Through an agreement with Universidad Europea of Madrid, the Official College of Pharmacists of Madrid, FEMM and the Real Madrid Foundation, Sanitas provides care to more than twenty FEMM patients. Treatment is delivered at Sanitas medical centres through free weekly sessions led by postgraduate physiotherapists from Universidad Europea under the supervision of the Sanitas team.
Spanish Sleep Association (Asenarco)
The collaboration between Sanitas Hospitales and Asenarco seeks to increase understanding of sleep disorders, their risk factors and their impact on people’s quality of life.
Spanish Patients’ Forum
By sharing projects in the field of dermatology — E-Doctor Derma, developed by Sanitas Hospitales, and Foro Piel, led by the Spanish Patients’ Forum — both organisations are exploring opportunities for future collaboration.
Mental Health Madrid Federation
The neurology and clinical neurophysiology departments of Sanitas La Moraleja University Hospital presented new neuromodulation techniques to the Board of the Mental Health Madrid Federation, helping to improve understanding of their scope and application for patients.
Stroke Prevention Association
La Moraleja University Hospital collaborates with Stroke Prevention Association to promote its Guidance for Acquired Brain Injury programme, which provides guidance and support for people recovering from acquired brain injury following a stroke.
